中國人民大學(xué)蘇州校區因教學(xué)工作需要擬招聘英語(yǔ)外教1名，工作地點(diǎn)在人大蘇州校區(江蘇省蘇州市獨墅湖科教創(chuàng )新區)。具體情況如下：
一、蘇州校區簡(jiǎn)介
中國人民大學(xué)蘇州校區正式成立于2012年9月，是人民大學(xué)整體事業(yè)發(fā)展的重要組成部分和新的增長(cháng)點(diǎn)，是面向國際、探索中外合作辦學(xué)和培養高端人才的實(shí)驗基地，是人民大學(xué)優(yōu)勢學(xué)科的拓展與提升基地。

二、崗位職責
1.每學(xué)期承擔大學(xué)英語(yǔ)、研究生英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)課程。每周課時(shí)：14-16課時(shí)課堂教學(xué)+2課時(shí)課外輔導(45分鐘/課時(shí))。
2.認真執行教學(xué)大綱規定的各項教學(xué)與考核任務(wù)。
3.參與制定英語(yǔ)學(xué)科發(fā)展規劃、協(xié)助組建師資隊伍、建立和完善課程體系、組織英語(yǔ)類(lèi)學(xué)生活動(dòng)(例如英語(yǔ)演講比賽、辯論賽等)等。
4.批改作業(yè)，答疑學(xué)生相關(guān)問(wèn)題。
5.遵守教研組的各項規章制度。
三、應聘條件
1.遵守中華人民共和國的法律、法規和中國人民大學(xué)及蘇州校區的各項規章制度，尊重中華民族傳統和風(fēng)俗習慣，對華友好。
2. 熱愛(ài)高等教育事業(yè)，遵紀守法，思想品德端正，工作作風(fēng)嚴謹，具有良好的職業(yè)道德、職業(yè)素質(zhì)、溝通能力和團隊合作精神。
3.身體健康，年齡一般不超過(guò)60周歲。
4.母語(yǔ)或第一語(yǔ)言為英語(yǔ)，來(lái)自英國、美國、加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭等國家。
5. 具有英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言文學(xué)、對外英語(yǔ)教學(xué)或語(yǔ)言學(xué)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。
6.具有2年及以上的對外英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的經(jīng)驗(須出具正式證明材料)。其中，取得教育類(lèi)、語(yǔ)言類(lèi)或師范類(lèi)本科及以上學(xué)歷的，或取得所在國教師資格證書(shū)或取得符合要求的國際語(yǔ)言教學(xué)證書(shū)的，可免除工作經(jīng)歷要求。同時(shí)，應具備承擔教學(xué)任務(wù)的實(shí)際工作能力。
7.具備下述條件的申請人優(yōu)先考慮：現居地在中國;具有碩士及以上學(xué)歷;具有CLT、TESOL /EFL的證書(shū)。
四、薪酬待遇
1. 13500元/月(稅前)。 合同期限：一年(12個(gè)月，合同期滿(mǎn)可續簽)。
2.根據教學(xué)評估成績(jì)和聘期考核結果，每年發(fā)放15000-16000元(稅前)教學(xué)獎勵。
3.暑假(7、8月)帶薪休假約8周，寒假(1、2月)帶薪休假約4周。
4.為教師購買(mǎi)醫療險及意外傷害保險。
5.為首次從境外來(lái)蘇的新聘外籍教師提供一次性交通費用補貼5000元(稅前)。
6.經(jīng)聘期考核合格，根據考核結果等次續聘時(shí)薪酬合理上調。
7.中國境內簽證辦理費用(限每人每年一次)。

I. Introduction to Suzhou Campus, RUC
Suzhou Campus of Renmin University of China was officially established in September, 2012. It is an important part and new growth point of Renmin University's overall development. It is the base for expansion and promotion of the advantageous disciplines of Renmin University.
The Suzhou campus is currently in charge of the administration of International College, Sino-French College and Silk Road College. II. Job Description
1. Teach English listening and speaking courses for undergraduates and graduates every semester. Weekly class hours: 14-16 class hours of teaching in classroom + 2 class hours of extracurricular tutoring (45 minutes/class hour);
2. Fulfill teaching and assessment tasks specified in the syllabus conscientiously;
3. Participate in the formulation of English subject development plans, assist in the recruitment of English teacher, help to improve the curriculum design, and organize student activities (e.g. English speech contests, English debate competitions, etc.);
4. Mark homework and answer students' related questions;
5. Participate actively in the second-classroom activity of English practice;
6. Comply with the rules and regulations of the Teaching and Research Group.
III. Requirements
1. Abide by the laws of the People's Republic of China and the rules of Renmin University of China and Suzhou Campus, respect Chinese traditions and customs, and be friendly to China.
2. Passionate for higher education, abide by laws and regulations, work rigorously with good professional ethics, communication skills and teamwork spirit;
3. Healthy body and under 60 years old.
4. The mother tongue or first language is English, from countries including Britain, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand;
5. Bachelor’s degree or above in English language and Literature, Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages or related disciplines such as Linguistics, Literature etc.;
6. At least 2 years of working experience in teaching English as a foreign language (formal certification materials are required). Those who have obtained a bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Language or those who have obtained a teaching certificate or an international language teaching certificate can be exempted from the work experience requirement. At the same time, practical working ability to undertake teaching tasks is necessary.
7. Those who have CLT, TESOL/EFL certificates are preferred.
Ⅳ. Remunerations
1. The salary is 13500 Yuan/month (before tax). Contract period: one year (12 months, the contract can be renewed);
2. Teaching bonuses of 15,000 -16,000yuan (before tax) according to the teaching evaluation and teaching assessments every academic year;
3. Summer vacation with pay (July and August) for about 8 weeks, winter vacation with pay (January and February) for about 4 weeks;
4. Medical insurance and accident insurance;
5. Newly-hired foreign teachers who enter China from other countries will receive a travel subsidy (5000 pre-tax);
6. Reasonable salary increase for renewal according to the assessment results of last term;
7. Visa fee in China (once per person per year);
