蘇州大學(xué)人工心臟研究所因發(fā)展,需要引進(jìn)一名凝血、溶血及其他與人工臟器有關(guān)的血液并發(fā)癥研究領(lǐng)域的學(xué)科帶頭人,提供教授職位。
人工心臟研究所與國際頂尖研究團隊保持密切合作關(guān)系,長(cháng)期致力于人工臟器領(lǐng)域,尤其是心室輔助裝置(VAD)的科學(xué)研究和技術(shù)創(chuàng )新。團隊成員已經(jīng)在新一代心室輔助裝置研究上取得了重大技術(shù)突破并在世界范圍內贏(yíng)得了廣泛認可。我們誠摯的邀請來(lái)自世界各地的血液及醫學(xué)工程領(lǐng)域的專(zhuān)家加入我們的團隊。
一、崗位聘任條件
1.具有血液學(xué)、血液流變學(xué)、醫學(xué)工程等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)博士學(xué)位;
2.具有領(lǐng)導團隊或獨立完成科研項目的經(jīng)驗;
3.具有在凝血、溶血以及血液相容 性領(lǐng)域專(zhuān)長(cháng);
4.具有與醫療器械相關(guān)的血液相容性研究經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。

Professor in Artificial Organs
Artificial Organ Technology (AOT) Laboratory at Soochow University is inviting applications for professorship in the area of coagulation, hemolysis, and other hematologic complications associated with artificial organs. Damage of blood cells and other blood components resulted from exposure to abnormal mechanical shear stress and/or artificial surfaces has been observed in implanted medical devices such as ventricular assist devices (VADs) and extra-corporeal life support (ECLS). Our lab is currently working on research and development of leading edge VADs with improved blood compatibility.
AOT is an internationally networked research group dedicated to scientific research and technological inventions in artificial organs, particularly in VADs. Faculty members have gained world-wide reputation for breakthroughs in VAD technologies and success in giving birth of new generation products. We heartedly welcome investigators from around the world with expertise in hemotology and medical engineering. The university offers competitive salary and assistance in applying for research grants.

Working Pattern: Full time
Requirements:
A PhD in hematology, hemorheology, medical engineering or related fields, with experience in leading or independently conducting research projects.
Expertise in coagulation, hemolysis, and blood compatibility. Experience in medical device related blood compatibility will serve as a plus.
